Bloodhound does not treat a mission as one text completion. It creates a durable case and records each step.

1. Validate the mission and budget.
2. Build a structured investigation plan.
3. Check fresh, high-confidence prior research.
4. Discover public sources.
5. Crawl and extract evidence.
6. Cross-check important claims.
7. Re-plan when coverage or source quality is weak.
8. Produce findings and exports.

Mission data is durable. If a network connection drops, reconnect to the same stream instead of starting the work again.

Completion rules

Lead missions must reach the requested qualified-company count and retain evidence for each important field. OSINT missions must resolve identity, preserve sources, and produce the required dossier outputs.
